Indeed, which is why I think that it should be decided by Rolls with slight terms. Also deciding by what jobs they are during the run that it drops in causes it's own problems especially among tanks due to the fact that you rarely need more than one

what if someone has done the run so many times, then someone else comes in and this time it drops. you do rolls and that person gets it over the person whos done the run a ridiculous amount of times, that would be even worse and could potentially cause people to refuse to partake in events.

I know if i was in a situation where i had done 100 runs and a newer person just done a handful and gets it over me, i would refuse to partake anymore. you got to give credit to where its due, and thats to the people who do content the most often.

I said with slight terms, obviously we wouldn't let someone who had just started doing the runs roll over someone who had been waiting for a long time
